Own staff:
For each activity, you must be equipped with sport shoes (e.g: tenis with lace), bathing suit, Tee-shirt, clothing of replacement, wind-cutter (type:Kway). In summer, sun lotion, sun glasses and cap could be necesarry.
For those which carry glasses (or lenses), the easy way not to lose them is to fix them with cords (or to bring glasses of swimming).

Description of the Special Canyon for family Tour in Sierra of Guara

Depending on the day of your arrival, you will receive instructions concerning the organisation by email or phone.

First, the appointment at the base of Expediciones where each guide will give you the material of canyon necessary. Once equipments and picnics are distributed between the members of the group, we leave for the day in the canyon tour. The duration varies between 4 and 6 hours according to the canyon selected.

The typical canyon tour includes the access time to the canyon with personal vehicles, the walk to arrive at the canyon, the picnic break at the edge of a natural swimming pool with transparent water or in a small corner of paradise, abseil initiation if needed and safety talk by your guide, the descent of the canyon with its aquatic, land and air games (toboggans, jumps, abseils, opposition, cascades, natural jacuzzis etc.) and without forgetting our little secrets ;-), food breaks during the canyon, walk to return and the return to the base camp after a full outdoor day.
For safety reasons, Expediciones can cancel or modify the activities according to weather conditions' and/or if the conditions do not allow a sure course of the activity.
